Rent Vehicle
We offer Meet & Greet services. This means that we will bring the car to you as long as you provide us a valid address in Bucharest, Romania. The Meet& Greet service is free of charge.
Additionally, you can pick up the car from our main office in Bucharest.
Some of our premium cars have mileage restrictions, so please read the description on each model page.
If the car you want to book has mileage restriction, then you can pay a small fee for unlimited mileage.
Having an accident in a hire car is the last thing anyone needs. But accidents can happen.
First of all, if you are involved in a car accident, contact the emergency services (112 in Romania) and get everyone to safety.

All our cars have full insurance, but you might have to pay an excess. Usually, the excess will be retained from your deposit. Find out more at the counter.
In the unfortunate event that your rental car breakes down, please contact us immediately.
Our staff members will come and pick-up the car and they will be given you another car.

Preparation
- Payment for rent can be made by credit card, debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
- The main driver must be in possession of a Credit Card in their own name when picking up the car. The Card must have enough available funds to cover the excess / deposit amount (which will be blocked on the Card for the duration of the rental). The Card will also be required to pay for local fees, extra equipment and anything purchased additionally at the car hire counter.

Please Note:
- This company will not accept prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards – or any card on which the relevant characters are not raised (‘embossed’).
- Visa Dankort cards are not accepted.
When picking the car up, the main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving licence in their name.
All drivers must have held their driving licence for at least 1 years.
An International Driving Permit is required if the driving licence is printed with non-Roman Alphabet.
A passport or identity card is required.
When you pick your car up, the counter staff will need to see your booking number, which you receive when your booking is confirmed.
Your booking number proves that the car is booked in the main driver’s name.
Minimum age limit for this car is 21.
THECar hire company’s age-related charges and restrictions will apply to all additional drivers.
